Our Ferndale Market Turkey Rachael Brat delivers the flavors of a Rachel sandwich in sausage form! It is a delicious blend of our antibiotic-free turkey, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut. The Rachael brat’s namesake is Rachael Lee, second generation at Steve’s Meats in Ellendale, MN, who helped us develop the product. Steve’s Meats has been an award-winning smokehouse since 1976. Rachael took the reins after her father passed away and has continued the quality craftsmanship required to get the blend of our small-batch Rachael sausage just right. These smoked turkey bratwurst are fully cured, with no artificial nitrates, and ready-to-eat – simply heat up and enjoy. Delicious topped with mustard and an additional sprinkling of sauerkraut.
