Smoked Turkey Breast

We worked with family-owned Lorentz Meats, right here in Cannon Falls, MN, to create our popular smoked boneless turkey breast. Crafted with clean ingredients and smoked over real hardwood, the flavor can’t be beat. We recommend our smoked turkey breast diced in a salad or sliced on a turkey sandwich. It’s also a flavorful addition to casseroles, soups and charcuterie boards.

Our family has been raising free-range turkeys since 1939, when our founders Fern and Dale Peterson began our farm in Cannon Falls, MN. More than 80 years later, we continue to raise antibiotic-free turkeys with plenty of room to roam. During temperate months, our turkeys live completely on pasture, rotating to fresh grass weekly. We don’t think there’s any substitute for excellent care and husbandry, and we take pride in creating an environment that maintains turkey health without medications.

We put the same level of care into creating our products that we do in raising our turkeys. Our turkeys are naturally processed, without additives or fillers, at independent facilities in Minnesota. Our turkey products are crafted with clean ingredients you would find in your own kitchen. Our products that say “uncured” on the label are preserved without synthetic nitrates or nitrites. Instead, we rely on natural ingredients, like celery salt, to preserve our uncured turkey products.
