Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ferndale Market. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Information

We ship orders Monday through Wednesday. All of our perishable food items are shipped two-day via FedEx or UPS. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed as well as a tracking number when the order ships.

Please note that we ship to the contiguous 48 states only. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

We charge a $40 flat rate for shipping outside of Minnesota or $25 within Minnesota, unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Carrier Responsibility & Delays

We guarantee that all orders are shipped via a two-day service. However, once the package is transferred to the carrier (FedEx or UPS), Ferndale Market is no longer responsible for delivery delays, transit issues, or failed deliveries.

This includes, but is not limited to: carrier delays, weather disruptions, natural disasters, mechanical or logistical issues within the carrier network.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the condition of perishable items may be affected by delays once the shipment is in the carrier’s possession, and Ferndale Market cannot be held liable for such occurrences.

Return Policy

As farmers first, we take great pride in providing our customers with high-quality free-range turkey products. Due to the perishability of our products, we’re not able to provide returns. If your turkey products don’t meet your expectations, please contact us right away at [email protected].
