Fresh Whole Turkey
Each Ferndale Market free-range fresh whole turkey has been raised antibiotic-free and with room to roam on our family farms in Minnesota. Naturally processed with no additives, our turkeys are the perfect tradition for your Thanksgiving and holiday meals.
Smoked Whole Turkey
Our smoked whole turkeys will be the star of the show at your holiday dinner celebrations. Smoked to perfection over real hardwood at family-owned Lorentz Meats in Cannon Falls, MN, the free-range birds are fully cooked and bursting with flavor. Apple Pie
Frozen homemade apple pie from Sunshine Orchard in Hampton, MN. Geri and her daughter Maria make each pie crust by hand before filling them with apples grown on their farm. Instructions for baking are included.
Brining Bag
This food-safe brining bag is large enough for turkeys weighing up to 26 lbs. Pair it with our Wayzata Bay Brining Spice for easy Thanksgiving prep!
Brining Spice
Made in Rogers, MN, Wayzata Bay Brining Spice is made with high-quality herbs and spices and is packaged in a 15 oz. glass bottle for ultimate freshness. Basic brine instructions are ¾ cup of brining spice to 1 gallon of water with detailed instructions listed on the bottle.
Croutons
Our breadcrumb croutons are toasted fresh by Great Harvest Bakery. Each bag contains 2lbs (prior to drying) of breadcrumbs.
Turkey Gravy
Our Ferndale Market Turkey Gravy is a must have on every Thanksgiving table! It is gluten-free and crafted with clean ingredients. Our gravy comes frozen in a 32oz container.
Fresh Poultry Herbs
Our fresh poultry herbs contain a mix of rosemary, sage and thyme, and add an extra burst of flavor to your Thanksgiving turkey. Our signature roast turkey recipe, featuring these herbs, can be found here.
Dinner Rolls
Great Harvest’s Virginia Dinner Rolls are the closest thing we’ve found to grandma’s homemade rolls. The dozen rolls have lovely flavor and texture to perfectly compliment, but not overpower, your side dishes. We recommend freezing them after purchase and warming in the oven on Thanksgiving morning.

Over a decade ago I decided to try the whole fresh turkey from Ferndale Market. I cooked it just as I had been cooking other turkey for Thanksgiving, but that year was different. The meat was juicy and tasted amazing! It was so much better than the butterball/etc stuff you typically see at the grocery store. My family couldn’t stop raving about it. This is the turkey you want. Every year since, I’ve either made the pilgrimage to their on-farm market in Cannon Falls, MN, or found a place using their locator to get their fresh turkey near where I live. I can’t recommend their turkey enough. Plus, if you do their on-farm pickup option, they have a ton of other local foods you can choose from. Good farm-fresh turkey plus supporting local businesses – it doesn’t get better than that!

What can I say – this is the best place to get your turkey. I get fresh ones each year. We’ve baked, grilled and deep fried and they always are the tastiest.
