Their smoked breast is really good, as are their meat sticks. A great excuse to make a day of it in Cannon Falls! We purchased a free-range turkey, 12 lbs of ground turkey, and a few other items. The turkey was delicious! I'd skip the poultry herbs they sell though because you can get them fresher and for less $ at Fresh Thyme. I picked up my turkey from Lakewinds Cooperative in Richfield (super convenient), brined it as instructed on the FM website and followed their roasting instructions (325F, breast down).
