We ship our Ferndale Market turkey products and specialty food gift boxes to the 48 continental United States. We cannot ship to P.O boxes.
We ship orders Monday through Wednesday. All of our perishable food items are shipped for next day delivery via UPS. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed as well as a tracking number when the order ships.
All perishable products ship for next day delivery with ice packs. All dry goods ship via ground service. We’ll do our best to get all of your items into one box.
- Currently, we ship all of our retail turkey products, Ferndale Market gear (check out our fun shirts and hats!) and curated specialty food gift boxes.
- We can ship bulk items on special request. Please contact us at [email protected] to inquire. (A fair warning that shipping costs on bulk products is high due to box weight and size.)
Unfortunately, we are not able to fulfill custom orders at this time.
Of course! We might be biased, but we think our free-range turkey and specialty food boxes make great gifts. When you are checking out, the very last step will give you the option to include a note. Just fill it out and we’ll include your message to the lucky recipient!
We charge a $40 flat rate for shipping outside of Minnesota or $25 within Minnesota, unless otherwise stated.
You can recycle the box your order was shipped in. The environmentally sustainable insulation is certified compostable in industrial facilities or can be dissolved in your sink for safe and easy disposal.
As farmers first, we take great pride in providing our customers with high-quality free-range turkey products. Due to the perishability of our products, we’re not able to provide returns. If your turkey products don’t meet your expectations, please contact us right away at [email protected].
