Frequently Asked Questions
We ship our Ferndale Market turkey products and specialty food gift boxes to the 48 continental United States.
We ship out every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. All perishable products ship overnight.
Once your order has been received, we’ll pack and send it on the next “ship day”. (For example, if you place your order on Monday, it will ship on Tuesday. If you place your order on Wednesday, it will ship on Monday.) You will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking confirmation.
All perishable products ship overnight with either ice packs or dry ice. All dry goods ship via ground service. We’ll do our best to get all of your items into one box.
- Currently, we ship all of our retail turkey products, Ferndale Market gear (check out our fun shirts and hats!) and curated specialty food gift boxes. Eventually, we hope to be able to expand our offerings to include more of our favorite foods from our on-farm market.
- We can ship bulk items on special request. Please contact us at [email protected] to inquire. (A fair warning that shipping costs on bulk products is high due to box weight and size.)
Unfortunately, we are not able to fulfill custom orders at this time.
Of course! We might be biased, but we think our free-range turkey and specialty food boxes make great gifts. When you are checking out, the very last step will give you the option to include a note. Just fill it out and we’ll include your message to the lucky recipient!
We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $25 within the state of Minnesota and $40 to the other 47 continental states. We ship all perishable products overnight.
You can recycle the box your order was shipped in. The environmentally sustainable insulation is certified compostable in industrial facilities or can be dissolved in your sink for safe and easy disposal.
We have a no return policy since most of our products are perishable and can’t be shipped back and forth. If something is wrong with an order you received, please contact us at [email protected].
