Turkey Legs
If you’re a dark meat lover, our turkey drumsticks are for you! They are incredibly versatile, working well in a variety of preparations. Because they feature all dark meat, our turkey legs are full of flavor and not prone to dry out. Roast them in the oven for an easy weeknight meal or as an addition to a whole turkey for your dark-meat-loving Thanksgiving guests. Our turkey drumsticks are also delicious braised, grilled or smoked.
Raised with Care
Our family has been raising free-range turkeys since 1939, when our founders Fern and Dale Peterson began our farm in Cannon Falls, MN. More than 80 years later, we continue to raise antibiotic-free turkeys with plenty of room to roam. During temperate months, our turkeys live completely on pasture, rotating to fresh grass weekly. We don’t think there’s any substitute for excellent care and husbandry, and we take pride in creating an environment that maintains turkey health without medications.
Made with Care
We put the same level of care into creating our products that we do in raising our turkeys. Our turkeys are naturally processed, without additives or fillers, at independent facilities in Minnesota. Our turkey products are crafted with clean ingredients you would find in your own kitchen.
