A turkey dinner is not complete without gravy. That’s why we’re thrilled to offer our very own Ferndale Market Turkey Gravy, made to our standards. Our gluten-free recipe includes fresh ingredients and delivers savory homemade flavor. Gently heat when you’re ready to serve and enjoy with turkey and mashed potatoes.
Raised with Care
Our family has been raising free-range turkeys since 1939, when our founders Fern and Dale Peterson began our farm in Cannon Falls, MN. More than 80 years later, we continue to raise antibiotic-free turkeys with plenty of room to roam. During temperate months, our turkeys live completely on pasture, rotating to fresh grass weekly. We don’t think there’s any substitute for excellent care and husbandry, and we take pride in creating an environment that maintains turkey health without medications.
Made with Care
We put the same level of care into creating our products that we do in raising our turkeys. Our turkeys are naturally processed, without additives or fillers, at independent facilities in Minnesota. Our turkey products are crafted with clean ingredients you would find in your own kitchen.

Shipping
We ship orders Monday through Wednesday. All of our perishable food items are shipped for next day delivery. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed as well as a tracking number when the order ships.
Please note that we ship to the contiguous 48 states only. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
We charge a $40 flat rate for shipping outside of Minnesota or $25 within Minnesota, unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
We also are not responsible for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or natural disasters.
Returns
As farmers first, we take great pride in providing our customers with high-quality free-range turkey products. Due to the perishability of our products, we’re not able to provide returns. If your turkey products don’t meet your expectations, please contact us right away at [email protected].
