Smoked Whole Turkey

Our smoked whole turkey was made for holiday celebrations! Fully cooked, these birds make entertaining a breeze without skimping on flavor. Our smoked turkey is made with only clean ingredients and smoked over real hardwood at Lorentz Meats, right here in Cannon Falls, MN. Featuring moist meat and a rich smoky flavor, these birds are delicious served warm or cold. To warm, tent the smoked turkey with foil in a roasting pan and heat through in a 350°F oven.

Our family has been raising free-range turkeys since 1939, when our founders Fern and Dale Peterson began our farm in Cannon Falls, MN. More than 80 years later, we continue to raise antibiotic-free turkeys with plenty of room to roam. During temperate months, our turkeys live completely on pasture, rotating to fresh grass weekly. We don’t think there’s any substitute for excellent care and husbandry, and we take pride in creating an environment that maintains turkey health without medications.

We put the same level of care into creating our products that we do in raising our turkeys. Our turkeys are naturally processed, without additives or fillers, at independent facilities in Minnesota. Our turkey products are crafted with clean ingredients you would find in your own kitchen. Our products that say “uncured” on the label are preserved without synthetic nitrates or nitrites. Instead, we rely on natural ingredients, like celery salt, to preserve our uncured turkey products.
